1990. Mauricio, a Spanish rock artist down on his luck, is touring Latin America, trying to shake off his ghosts—drug addiction and a broken relationship—and rediscover his calling. There he meets Don Carlos, a popular musician from Santiago whom he admires and who generously takes him under his wing. Together they form a unique, idiosyncratic duo.
