La Chambre Obscure plot

In the 14th century, Aliénor was able to heal the French king. As a reward, she asks him to marry her childhood sweetheart Bertrand van Roussillon. However, the latter refuses to marry and flees. Aliénor discovers that Bertrand has defected to the Republic of Siena and is in love with the young Lisotta. How will Aliénor be able to lure him into her bed?
