La Casa plot

After many years working for a multinational corporation, Hugo Vaca is laid off and forced to face the harsh realities of the job market. On the verge of desperation, a friend connects him with a group of investors who offer to buy his $1 million house for 50% of its value, but with usufruct rights until his death. Driven by his reality, he accepts the offer, but things become much more complicated than he anticipated.
