La Caja Vacía plot

Due to his health condition, Toussaint, a 60-year-old Haiti resident, is moving in with Jazmín, his 30-year-old daughter, in Mexico City. Toussaint is a man who was unable to settle in one of the places where he lived. He was not a loving father and he is a complete stranger to Jazmín. Through this forced cohabitation, Toussaint will piece together the puzzle of his past with his remaining memories. Jazmín will be able to forgive him everything and move on with her own life.
