L'Ultimo Concerto plot

Valeria Bonelli (Anaa Bonaiuto) is recruited as a defense attorney for the rape trial allegedly committed by rock singer Tommy (Daniel Ezralow). The latter is accused of having lured a certain Claudia (Claudia Pandolfi) to his hotel room after a concert and left her half-dead in the elevator. Is the accusation justified or was the rock singer framed?
