L'Homme de Londres plot

A boat coming from Newhaven arrives in Dieppe at the beginning of the night. The harbor guard Louis Maloin (Ferdinand Ledoux) sees a man who knocks another man down and throws it into the water along with a suitcase. Secretly, Maloin goes after the suitcase and finds a fortune in British pounds. Then he is caught by a police inspector from London (who was also on the boat)
