L'Ebreo Errante plot

The 'Walking Jew' is a figure from Christian folklore called Ahasuerus. Ahasuerus is a shoemaker from Jerusalem, who is said to have chased Jesus from his door when he wanted to rest for a few moments on his way to Golgotha. That is why Ahasuerus is condemned to roam the earth in penance until the return of the Crucified.
