L'Argent plot

Ruined by his competitor, Gundermann, banker Saccard is undeterred and starts a new business for the exploitation of radium. A woman who loves Saccard is jealous that he is having an affair with Baroness Sarndorff and causes him to go bankrupt again. He ends up in jail and when he is released, she is waiting for him.
