L'Amour en Deux plot

Toni Farazzi is a lonely man who goes to a ski resort as a seasonal helper. Matthias, the director of the company, organizes quests for counterfeit chamois tracks. Toni is charmed by his wife Josefa because she resembles one of his childhood sweethearts. She is impervious to his advances and is very submissive to her husband. Toni tries with Hélène, but it doesn't work, and she commits an unsuccessful suicide. Josefa kills her husband and now wants to start an affair with Toni, now that she feels liberated.
