Klimt plot
A portrait of the life of the Austrian artist Gustav Klimt (John Malkovich), whose lavish and sensual paintings became a symbol of the Art Nouveau style in the late 19th, early 20th century. The story is set in 1918, when Klimt is on the verge of dying in his bed. Klimt's life is sketched on the basis of Klimt's memories and the stories of his friend Schiele.
