Killer on Board plot
Five hundred people experience a pleasant voyage on the Pacific Ocean, until suddenly someone becomes seriously ill and shortly afterwards several people become ill and die. To protect the healthy people, a quarantine station is set up on the ship, but that does not make the panic less, because an antiserum is not just found.
