Kathleen Is Here plot

Kathleen is 18 and fresh out of foster care. Her departure coincides with the death of her biological mother, so she returns to her hometown to take over her mother’s house. She gets a job and even a boyfriend; but the void in Kathleen’s life can’t be filled by social media or reality shows. Alone and desperate for a mother figure, she embarks on a destructive path to find one.
