Kate Can't Swim plot

Kate feels unhappy in her life despite almost getting engaged and almost building a successful career as an author. When her best friend Em returns from Paris with her new lover Nick, the women agree to spend a weekend with their boyfriends. During their trip, Kate becomes suspicious of Nick. She also has doubts about her own life, which makes her wonder whether she wants to continue in her current situation or whether she wants to start a new life.
