Kara Köpekler Havlarken plot

Selim and Çaça lead a scant life in a suburb of Istanbul. From their neighborhood they can see the huge office buildings in the city and that fuels their ambition. During the day they breed pigeons on the roof, at night they tour around in their car and roam the streets with friends. They would like to manage their own parking lot, next to a large shopping center. They try to get the support of the local mafioso for this. Sait, who is in charge of the mall's security, isn't too happy about this. Moreover, the police are after the mafia. Selim and Çaça's dreams are becoming increasingly difficult to realize.
