Kanzen Naru Shiiku: Meido, for You plot

The outsider Kabashima (Kotaro Yanagi) works and lives in a 24-hour manga cafe in Tokyo's Akihabara. Kabashima's only hobby is spying on young Ichigo, a cute girl who works in a maido-kissa (maid cafe). As she comes out of the cafe, Kabashima tries to give her some homemade cookies for her 17th birthday. Since Kabashima wears a hood and the whole thing takes place in a dark alley, Ichigo tries to run away.
