Kadogo plot

Atum is a 'Kadogo', or child soldier in Africa. He is brought to Switzerland by Doctors Without Borders for surgery. Ten-year-old Flore also lives in the same hospital. She is convinced that the chemotherapy she is undergoing can no longer save her life and Atum wants to return to his brothers in Congo. They decide to run away together...
