Based on events that caused a stir in Korea a few years ago. A hypermarket fired a large group of 'ajumunis' (middle-aged women) who had worked for the store for years, then rehired them through an intermediary - at a lower salary, of course, and without the responsibilities that an employer normally has. The women occupied the store, and after being removed by the police, they continued their protest in front of the entrance for months.
