Just a Woman plot

Young steelworker Robert Holton lives with his family and close friend George Rand, who invented a new method of refining steel. George promises Robert that they will share the proceeds if they can sell George's method to their employer. Robert goes to the company's board of directors and gets what he considers a good offer, but his wife June Holton doesn't think this is enough. She also goes to talk to the board of directors and convinces them to make George president of the company. Once rich, however, Robert becomes convinced that June is having an affair with George.
