Juju Factory plot

The writer Congo Congo is commissioned to write a book about the Congolese community in the Matonge district of Brussels, where he lives. His editor-in-chief wants a tourist guide without reference to the past or the current political relations with Africa. Is Kongo going to write its own story, or that of its editor-in-chief?
