Americans who want to make a European-style film. This just doesn't work. From the American point of view, read court, it is correct. Well designed in terms of dilemma that revolves around escape from a dictatorial system, linked to the burden of proof and humanity before a specially appointed court. Sheen plays with verve an independent but also empathetic judge with his own background regarding Germany's past. Educational for today's youth 3*
