Journeys from Berlin/1971 plot

There are five characters in this avant-garde film: a man, a woman, a girl who can only be heard on the soundtrack, a female psychoanalytic patient in her fifties and a therapist. The voice-over has an ever-changing relationship with recurring images: a view from a moving train and various apartments in Berlin, London and New York. What does one have to do with the other?
