Joryu Ingan plot

A novelist has been searching for his missing wife for years. He wrote a book about his experiences. A woman, reading his novel, finds the writer in a remote area. She tells him that she can help him find his wife because she is looking for someone herself. Along the way, they meet different people, but everyone hides their own purposes. Rumors grow about the fate of the missing persons. Could they really have changed to another form of life?
