Jewels plot

Sarah Thompson (Annette O'Toole) is an American woman visiting England, where she meets William Whitfield, the Duke of Whitfield (William Whitfield). She marries him and they move to a country house in France to raise a family. Their happiness is abruptly disrupted by the arrival of the Second World War. After the war, they decide to help survivors of the war by selling jewelry.
