Jagdhunde plot
Christmas in Uckermark, a small village where time has stood still. Lars has come to live in the village with his divorced father, but the inhabitants are very suspicious of the townspeople. By accident, Lars comes into contact with the deaf-mute Marie and falls in love instantly. However, Marie's father does not want to know anything about the boy. To make matters worse, Lars' mother comes over with her new boyfriend to celebrate Christmas with Lars.
