Jack of the Red Hearts plot
Nicknamed “Jack,” a tough teenager, Jacqueline is on the run from her probation officer. She often lives on the street and needs money: she wants to take care of her eleven-year-old sister Coke herself and does not want foster care for the girl. In order to earn some money, she decides to help care for their autistic daughter Glory in a suburban family. To her surprise, Jack has a unique ability to bond with the non-verbal girl. Not only does she have a positive influence on Glory, but she is also very much liked by Glory's mother and brother.
