Izu no Odoriko plot

A college student takes a walk around the Izu Peninsula and encounters an itinerant troupe of dancers. There he meets a dancer in a harbor town and the two experience their first great love. But the troop irrevocably travels on. Based on the novella by Yasunari Kawabata.
