Ismaii plot

Despite living in a doomed land hanging by a thread, sound engineer Joud falls in love with the strong and free-spirited Rana. The young lovers, from completely different backgrounds and religions, become increasingly close, but a sudden quarrel comes between them and Rana suddenly leaves. His parents forbid Joud to see Rana again, but he continues to search for means to communicate with her and smuggles sound recordings of him to her through Rana's sister Marwa.
