Indianapolis Speedway plot
"IS THE GLORY OF VICTORY WORTH THE PRICE!"
Joe, a three-time winner of the Indianapolis race, is still racing to give young Eddie a good education. Joe wants what's best for Eddie, and he becomes furious when it turns out that Eddie dropped out of school to pursue a racing career. Joe tries to teach Eddie the ropes, but they lose sight of each other when Eddie starts a relationship with the badass Frankie. When Joe causes a fatal accident during a race, he stops racing. After a round trip, Joe finds himself back at the Indianapolis race, where Eddie competes.
