When five-year-old Mandy begins to have tantrums and nightmares, mother Jennifer thinks ex-husband Walt is sexually assaulting the girl. An official complaint is of no avail, after which Jennifer runs off with her daughter. Now the bureaucracy does come into action, but it is the mother that is being pursued.
