In Allen Gassen Wohnt das Glück plot

In an old Zurich district, people are concerned about Mäni (Jürg Grau), a boy who grew up without a father. Postman Albert Jucker (Schaggi Streuli) has a soft spot for the boy and protects him from unjust accusations. After the death of Mäni's mother, Albert, now the boy's guardian, takes him in. However, his wife Frieda (Margrit Winter) does not accept the boy and accuses Albert of forgetting the death of their own child. She flees to her sister and Mäni also runs away.
