"The future is not for sale"
Hugo Winter is an American drug smuggler. He travels to Uganda in an attempt to export a large quantity of Bulu, a sacred herb that provides the user with visions of its future. After arriving in Kampala, he discovers that the only way he can achieve his goal is with the help of two sisters who come from the area where Bulu is grown. However, each of the sisters has their own agenda.
