Il Terribile Ispettore plot

A nurse, who is not allowed to do anything else in the hospital than push wheelchairs and carts, has only one wish: he would like to be a doctor, even if he has no training to do so. Through lies and with false papers, he succeeds in becoming an inspector at the National Hospital Council. He is considered an honest and skilled employee until the deception is discovered.
