Il Sole Buio plot
A young American goes to his birthplace Palermo in Sicily. His uncle will be appointed by the state as chairman of an anti-mafia commission, but for the same money, the man is a member of the mafia. He meets a heroin saleswoman and while he tries to help her, he gradually comes into contact with the mentality, corruption, fear and suspicion in the dark shadow of the mafia, whose ubiquitous power threatens the state.
