Ice Palace plot

"When a man makes love -- that's when a woman can tell."

At the end of World War I, Zeb Kennedy, a fish-can packer, and Thor Storm, a fishing boat captain, decide to set up a fish factory in Alaska. They are on opposite sides of Alaska's bid for sovereignty. Zeb is determined and won't let anything stop him from starting his business with the ultimate goal of great wealth. But that creates enormous tension between Zeb and Thor, especially when Zeb falls in love with Thor's girlfriend.
