Human Flowers of Flesh plot
Ida is a woman in her forties and lives on a sailing yacht with an otherwise all-male crew. While on shore leave in Marseille, the French Foreign Legion catches Ida's attention and she sets herself a new target. Via Calvi in Corsica, where the largest regiment of the Legion is stationed, the route leads across the Mediterranean to the Algerian town of Sidi-bel-Abbès, which served as the Legion's headquarters until Algeria gained its independence in 1962. On their journey, however, Ida and her crew do not just break geographical boundaries.
