Huba plot

An old man has a job in a large factory. He is in poor health. His daughter is a single mother who is unemployed. She has a few months old son. The old man lets his daughter and her child move in with him. They live almost in poverty in his small, dilapidated house without any amenities except a radio. Gradually, the fact that father and daughter are now living together creates unexpected changes in their relationship.
