Howard Beach: Making a Case for Murder plot

In December 1986, three men of color have a car breakdown in the fairly affluent residential area of Howard Beach in New York. They seek shelter in a nearby restaurant. However, the local residents do not appreciate the presence of the coloreds in their residential area and some are working the three with baseball bats. That night, race riots break out, an event that is intensified when the Justice Department wants to immediately convict the culprits.
