Horikawa Nakatachiuri plot

In Kyoto, a shikigami (magic spirit) manifests as the yakuza magician Mr. Abe and fights against evil and greed in modern society. Supported by an army of clairvoyant children, he recruits the lazy thunder Shinsuke and the magician-addicted vagabond Tsutomu. He gives them the task of tracking down Terada, a man who as a teenager murdered the staff of a pawn shop and who seems to attract dark energy.
