In a suburb of Montreal, a car driver causes a fatal accident and flees. The only witness is the mother of the killed boy. After a long search, the identity of the man is discovered, he lives in America and the authorities refuse to extradite him to Canada. The mother then takes the law into her own hands, lures the man to Canada and goes to extremes.
