Historia de un Gran Amor plot
Manuel, a poor boy of indeterminate descent, falls in love with a wealthy girl. The girl's father tells him that he is not a worthy candidate, so Manuel vows to make something of his life and return to claim his love. Years later, rich Manuel drives back into town, only to find that his great love has married another man. But their love is too strong to be hindered by prenuptial agreements and both swear eternal love and devotion to each other. Unfortunately, their romance is shattered by the woman's jealous and short-tempered husband.
