Hissatsu 4: Urami Harashimasu plot
Police officer Mondo Nakamura has a habit of being in the wrong place at the wrong time. Locked up by his fellow agents, Nakamura finds himself in a room with a crazed killer and his target, a magistrate. Through sheer luck, Nakamura is the only one to survive, but is criticized for failing to save the magistrate. His superiors use him as a scapegoat, with the result that his salary is halved.
