"Fun and Furious"
Cheol-soo's physical build is admired by many women, but he is simple-minded. One day he gets into the car of an elderly woman, who asks for directions to a hospital. At the hospital, the woman has him undergo a blood test. She then introduces him to Saet-byeol, her granddaughter who has leukemia. The woman turns out to be his ex-mother-in-law. She tells the young girl that Cheol-soo is her father. Saet-byeol sneaks out of the hospital to get a special present for a sick fellow sufferer. Cheol-soo goes with her.
