Hermanas plot

Texas, USA, 1984. Sisters Natalia and Elena Levin reunite after eight years, after being separated for all those years. Natalia became active in Argentina's left-wing student movement, the Montoñeros, in 1975, while sister Elena wants to live as normal a life as possible with her husband and children. The sisters grow apart and Natalia has to flee the country to Spain after almost being arrested by the regime. Elena meanwhile immigrates with her family to Texas.
