Here Is Now plot

Jessica has just turned forty-two and struggles with overwhelming emotions and despondency, not to mention her deteriorating marriage. Her husband Michael surprises her with a birthday party as a way to smooth things out, but it only adds to Jessica's confusion. This leads to an inner reckoning with her own feelings about the marriage and past memories that she can't quite let go of.
