Hem Hayu Asarah plot

At the end of the 19th century, Palestine was one of the most primitive and hopeless areas of the declining Turkish Empire. It was a wild wasteland where one could solve any problem if only one had a fast horse and a gun. A group of Russian students, nine men and one woman, are now arriving in that area. They are fleeing the persecution of the Jews in Russia and have left their families to look for a new homeland in Palestine.
