Heartsounds plot

Urologist Harold Lear experiences the other side of his trade when he suffers a heart attack and ends up in a hospital that seems unable to care for him properly. His wife Martha, a journalist, intervenes and fights the system to win the necessary service and compassion. But in the end, the biggest battle turns out to be on another plane, namely the degeneration of the body and the terrors that accompany it.
