Hearts Divided plot

"IT'S GAY! GRAND! GLORIOUS!"

Napoleon needs money for his wars in Europe, so he wants to sell Louisiana in the US, French property. He sends his brother Jerome to negotiate. Jerome soon meets Betsy and the two become interested in each other and later fall in love. However, both Betsy's parents and Napoleon are certainly not charmed by this love.
