Ha-Mashgihim plot
The film follows Avi, Kobi and Yaniv, three young men who belong to the Breslev Hassidic community. They take charge of making sure the people around are behaving as they should. They do not shy away from violence to get the message across if necessary. When Miri moves in, Avi is torn between his feelings for her on one side and the hallway's code of conduct on the other.
