Guai ai Vinti plot

During World War I, Luisa and her sister-in-law are surprised by an enemy patrol in their villa. They are both raped. Later they discover that they are both pregnant and have to bear a child that they absolutely do not want. Luisa tries to kill herself, but she is saved by a priest. A doctor, understanding her mental pressure, performs an abortion to free her from the child. However, her sister-in-law decides to keep her child, but she has to pay a bitter price for this...
