Great American Dream plot

In an effort to counter the depressing thoughts of his late father, American-Asian Eric decides to pose as a younger athlete in order to compete in senior year of basketball. Together with fellow con artist Danny, Eric fights his way to the team, where he comes to the attention of the talent scouts. During his adventure, he develops an unexpectedly strong bond with head coach Pierce. A man who still struggles with the loss of his son.
